Adult Small generally fits women’s size 5-7, Medium is Women’s 7-10/ Men’s 5-8, and Large is Men’s 8-12. What works best is to buy the size you imagine will fit best and then write in the comments section the exact size you are looking for. I can specially pick out a size that will fit you!
